Work in progress
My current work develops a genealogical bridge between population-genetic, inclusive-fitness, and regression models of social evolution. Related projects address the measurement of social benefits and costs, the selective background effect, and adaptive landscapes.
I am also developing work on scientific innovation and funding institutions, and the book The Advancement of Life: How Natural Reward Gives Evolution the Power to Innovate.
